Lynn Patrick grew up in Florida, surrounded by music. Her family sang and played instruments for fun—piano, ukulele, banjo, and guitar. Early experiences, including many trips to the ocean, swimming, snorkeling on coral reefs, sailing, and horseback riding, formed the foundation of her creative life.
After earning a Humanities degree from Florida State University in 1983, she moved to Boston to pursue music, then settled in Colorado two years later, where the Rockies deeply inspired her sound.
For the past 23 years, she has lived in the mountains west of Boulder, drawing inspiration and creative energy from the surrounding beauty. A lifelong lover of nature, Patrick channels the outdoors directly into her melodic, soulful, uplifting, and heartfelt guitar work.
