As a prelude to his upcoming chakra series album, “Heart Chakra 639 Hz” is the newly released single from that forthcoming album. The song is recorded at 639 Hz, a Solfeggio frequency used for centuries for healing and believed to vibrate to the 4th chakra of the human energy field, the heart or “Anahata.”
Located in the center of the chest, this chakra and frequency are associated with love, compassion, and balance. This frequency may help to create and maintain harmonious interpersonal relationships.
Allan also added binaural beats to the song. Some believe that binaural beats can influence brainwave activity, a process called “brainwave entrainment,” which can also help people relax, sleep, and/or focus.
Soft synth pads along with an underlying rhythmic “heartbeat” draws the listener right in to the ambient serenity. Additionally, gentle synth strings, violin, singing bowls, flute, bar chimes, and field recordings of nighttime insects and animals all add to the quiet sonic landscape.
I think it’s important to note that just two short weeks after the release of his debut album “Extasis” in 2019, Allan experienced a quantum leap in life – a sudden heart attack. He emerged from his double bypass surgery with a newfound appreciation for music. The intricacies of instrumental collaborations alone brought forth new meaning to Allan in the art of how music itself is created and the effects it can have on the listener. Since then, his focus has been solely on instrumental music that is not only ambient but also uplifting and positively empowering.
Very relaxing, very soothing, reflective, and even reverent in a way, but most of all, completely calming to the entire psyche, “Heart 639 Hz” is quite enjoyable in every regard. You’re going to want to get every song on the soon to be released album, but for now, this one is a “must have.”
